Returns & Refunds policy
1. Digital Products
All products sold by Ascend Upgrade are digital products delivered electronically, including but not limited to:
Online courses
Video training
Digital educational materials
Downloadable resources
Templates
PDFs
Community access
Bonus content
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned.
2. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final.
Except where required by applicable law, Ascend Upgrade does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:
Changing your mind
Purchasing by mistake
Purchasing the wrong course
Lack of time
Failure to complete the course
Dissatisfaction with your personal results
Lack of technical knowledge
Failure to read the product description
Financial hardship
Duplicate purchases
Customers are responsible for reviewing all course information before completing a purchase.
3. Access to Digital Content
Within 24-hours after purchase, customers receive access to digital content.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to performance of the contract and immediate delivery of digital content.
You further acknowledge that by receiving immediate access to the digital content, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that would otherwise apply under applicable consumer protection laws, including Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, where applicable.
4. European Union Customers
If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you would ordinarily have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
However, because Ascend Upgrade supplies digital content that is made available immediately after purchase:
you expressly request immediate access;
you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract; and
you expressly acknowledge that by doing so you lose your statutory right of withdrawal before the digital content is delivered.
Once access to any course or digital material has been provided, no refund or withdrawal will be available except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Technical Issues
Technical problems do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
If you experience difficulty accessing purchased content, you must contact support.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, including:
resetting your account;
correcting access permissions;
resolving platform issues; or
providing replacement access.
Refunds will not be issued where access can reasonably be restored.
6. Unauthorized Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting Ascend Upgrade constitutes a breach of these Terms.
If a chargeback is initiated:
access to all purchased content may be immediately suspended or terminated;
certificates and course progress may be revoked;
future purchases may be refused; and
the matter may be referred to the payment processor or legal representatives for recovery of outstanding amounts where appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights a consumer may have.
7. Fraud Prevention
To protect our intellectual property, Ascend Upgrade reserves the right to refuse refunds where we reasonably believe there has been:
abuse of our policies;
excessive refund requests;
account sharing;
unauthorized distribution of course materials;
piracy;
fraudulent payment activity;
misuse of promotional offers.
Accounts engaging in fraudulent activity may be permanently suspended.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ascend Upgrade.
No refund shall be available because digital content cannot be "returned" after it has been accessed, viewed, streamed, or downloaded.
Unauthorized copying, recording, redistribution, resale, or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.
9. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits, or overrides any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, Ascend Upgrade will comply only to the extent required by law.
